​Celebrate the legacy of legendary puppeteer Bob Baker at the 12th Annual Bob Baker Day, Sunday, September 20, 10 AM–5 PM at LA State Historic Park. This free, family-friendly outdoor carnival brings puppetry to life with mini puppet shows between every act, roaming performers, giant puppet collaborations, live music, local vendors and artisans, and plenty of hands-on fun for kids and adults alike. Hosted by the Bob Baker Marionette Theater — the longest continuously running puppet theater in the country — this year’s celebration promises its biggest edition yet, with special guests and community spirit throughout the day.
